This season, Chef Hiroshi Kuro weaves seventeen courses from the first blossoms of spring — cherry blossom sea bream, bamboo-smoked Wagyu, sakura mochi with black sesame. A performance staged for twelve guests, twice nightly.

KURO was born from a singular obsession: that the act of eating can become an act of witness. Each plate is a meditation on impermanence — conceived at dawn, destroyed by nightfall. Nothing crosses our counter twice in the same form.

Trained beneath three Michelin-starred masters across Kyoto, Copenhagen, and New York, Chef Hiroshi Kuro returned to his origins with a singular conviction: that the greatest cuisine is the one that cannot be replicated.

His knife is not a tool. It is the point where intention meets the animal world — where respect for the ingredient becomes the ingredient itself. Every cut is deliberate. Every silence between bites, intentional.

At KURO, Chef Kuro neither presents nor explains. He witnesses alongside you, recalibrating each course to the energy of the room. The omakase is not a fixed performance. It is a conversation with no words.
